Here's my story. 3 weeks back I ordered 2 sets of blue cold cathodes. 4 fuses, and I thought i ordered a Fuse holder. Stupid me forgot to do it. I contacted Phil and he canceled the order and let me reorder it with no problem what so ever. +1. 3 weeks later I receive my package (it was on back order. I knew it would take 3 weeks but i figured I might as well order anyway) and first thing I notice is that the cathode packages have a crease. I'm think crap I hope they're ok. I open them up and i find 1 good cathode, 1 shattered cathode, and 2 cracked cathodes. I e-mail their customer support explaining what happened and attached pictures. I don't even think 5 minuets passed when I got a response from Max telling me that he'll ship another set that same day. 3 days later I get my package and now:


I will definitely buy from oznium again with-out a doubt and recommend them to everyone. Grade A customer service.
