hurry FLEA.......we are all waiting........well I am not,mine is already done,but it will be a great DIY for so many people to know how to paint the pieces.

It is amazing how hard it is really to paint a piece and have it come out professional vs ghetto job done in the kitchen.

 

Yes, I am going to consider doing it once FLEA gets his DIY up. I don't know what amount of work and supply cost yet, and I have other mods I want to do first. I will be (waiting, pondering, watching, etc).

 

STILL waiting on someone's pieces to arrive. I will have it up NLT next Friday night though.

Im painting mine flat black soon too. Did you use primer? And what grit sandpaper would you recommend?

 

for mine i jsut sanded the light silver off and sprayed the flat black on lol

 

And it cam out perfect?
Im thinking about doing a flat black outside and a darker flat gray inside the HVAC

and jdubb it didnt come out just perrrfect, cause i did it outside and it was windy, but it came out pretty damn good, just used fusion for plastics, satin black. get compliments all the time
