Default Passenger window

I cleaned my negative battery terminal on my 2005 tc and now the passenger window won't work from the driver's side door. How do I get it to work again. Also, now the engine runs rough.

need to reset the window, there are a few posts about this as well as in your manual if you still have it. i would tell you how to do it but i havent done it in awhile and dont want to give you bad info.
as for the engine, allow the ecu to reset it self, should clear up after awhile.
