The price is unbelievably cheap, but last I have seen PG makes decent stuff. Am I wrong??

 

I'm sure they're decent, but I"ve not ever heard them.... I know for $35 more, you could have a great sounding Elemental Design eDi6000s component set... I can almost guarantee they'll sound better than the PG's....

 

You have to watch out with PG stuff. Some is reliable, some aren't. The last time I heard PG and reliable is with the older Tantrum series. Those units were USA made. Quality was top notch. The Newer Octane R parts aren't that great. They're made overseas and use cheaper components and are made in shoddy facilities.

^^ok, ok.... CDT's ARE some really great components as well... if you don't tell anyone, I believe CDT may be the build house for alot of Elemental Design's designs... (that's a little redundant).... but don't quote me on that...

 

i have those cdt ef series comps in the rear of my tc-they're sweet as hell. cdt in general makes great stuff. i wanted to try their amps as well, but i didn't wanna wait for them to release them so i ended up getting phoenix gold xenon amps. as far as these phoenix gold amps go, they're absolutely amazing.
