I purchased a used 2006 scion tc that had sat unused for several months. When I received the vehicle the battery was dead. After boosting the car all eclectric components seem to work satisfactorly except the stereo. I can get all functions to change on the display but do not get any sound.

HELP!

 

The previous owner may have had an aftermarket stereo in there.....take the stereo out to make sure all the wires on the harness are in tact. If they are...and the harness is hooked up properly to the stereo...make sure there are speakers in the car....and that those are properly hooked up....alot of people put aftermarket stereo's in their TC's and pull them out when they sell them....the last owner may have not wired everything back together.
