Well actually I would get the 7120 over them all. It is last years model and the only thing it lacks is bluetooth integrated but you can get the bluetooth adapter for it if you want it. That will save a ton over the 7140.

I guess i'm an advocate for it since I have the 7120 I got in December.

Yes that is the kit you need. If you go for one that has a motorized face then you will need to do a slight mod to get it to fit so you can still use the radio door.

 

7120 is about the same as the 7140... i'll just get the newer version... thanks for the help guys. i haven't really touched/modded my car in a few years since i first got it. i'm sick of printing out google maps pages though

 

Don't get the avic f series is being replaced soon by a new avic model. this is according to my local sound shop. Also I have two within a year...these things suck!

 

^ Everything will always eventually be replaced by another newer model, nothing new there, its just the f-series is the worst Pioneer model ever.

In car audio these HU's typically get refreshed every year.

 

hopefully the new model will be much better
