Plastic clips
I actually got an oil change one time at the dealership and had my panels off.... the tech that brought my car around got out of the car in front of me and "accidentally" dropped like 20 of them on my driver seat.... and said "I apologize for the mess."
Sometimes they are pretty cool about it like they were with me.

^^ lol.. niceeee.
yeah... sometimes they don't really care.. but i think it was something along the lines for like $2 for a bag of 3-6 clips.. i can't remember..
but it shouldn't be too much...

Figured I'd update this post with my findings, I bought these (same as I linked to before) and they were just a tad short, Could have been because of sound deadening but I don't think so because the originals worked fine.
just go to the dealer ship. Easiest way to do it. Each door has about ...15 clips? 15 bucks is nothing compared to driving back and forth to a parts store, taking the panels off putting them back on ,finding they dont fit ,then taking the door off agian and putt the old messed up clips back on.
i break and loose them all the time. I'd rather have a bunch at my disposal. I'm always taking the door panels off to play with things it seems. I'll be sending a clip to a place that sells auveco replacements so I get the right one.
