Does any one know how to make it so the stereo continues to play after you turn the key off until you open the door just like the windows?

 

Good question, never saw anyone else ask, so I've haven't seen an answer. I know it's possible, but don't know how to accomplish it using the existing circuits that control the windows. Maybe someone does....watching.

 

I know it's possible every car I've had has done this. Kinda annoying when the radio just shut's off when you turn the key but the head lights and windows still work. If i could get some schematics, diagrams and what nots for a 09 tC i'm sure i could figure it out just a little re-wiring i would hope

 

in theory just wire the power to the headlights.
which i'm sure getting the diagram and everything would help you solve ^_^

 

Yea... this should be quite possible.
Tapping into a wire that is still powered and running a relay to the stereo should work. Maybe there's an opening in the fuse box that would work.
