Premium radio work in 06tc?

Can anyone tell me if the premium upgrade radio will work on an a 2006 tc, Ive read it only works on 08-up, and somone else said it works on any scion.

It works, but you'll need to find a harness for the iPod if you want to use that.

its hard to find isnt it?

i'm trying to find it for my sister's 05 tc cause im giving her my 08 head unit

Only way to get it, is to take it out of a car equipped with it. So find someone willing to sell it or find a junked tC with it.

what new functions does the premium radio have? i thought it was the standard radio with a fancy LCD screen.

It has the pre out for amps, while the stock one doesn't.
