Default Problem with factory 08 Radio + Ipod

Okay so upon changing a track on the ipod today, the radio now keep changing the track about every 2 seconds. This is the 2008 standard radio, this only does it with the ipod, radio stations and all work fine. Anyone else had any issue like this or have any suggestions?

Well after some more tinkering with it, I tried another ipod and come to find out the radio is fine, just the ipod was messed up. I fail again as usual lol.

i've been have the exact same issue with my ipod lately. it's a 3rd gen 8gig nano. every so often i will manually change the track, and then it just continually cycles through songs. the fix is to do the manual reset on it - then it begins working just fine for a while again.

btw - the reset on the nano (if that's what you got) is to switch the top button to the unlocked position, then hold the middle select button and the menu button together for a few seconds. the screen will then show a silhouette of the apple logo and reset.

edit: oh, btw, i have the premium headunit.
