Default prosport gauges

Does anyone have these installed on a tc? what fuses did u use for the power and 2 lighting wires? i cant seem to get them to work right. they stay on even with the car off and the face dont switch from white to orange when i turn the lights on. help please

well I used the wires from the radio harness, and you need to find out which "2 lighting wires" you need, but in the radio harness they have an illumination wire, that might be all you need for that.

Also not sure if it will help you or not, but here is a tech post about someone else installing gauges.

My gauges have a tinted face when they are off. i have a white wire so they light up white when the car is on and an orange wire so they light up orange when the lights are on.

so the white wire will goto a switched 12v source wire and the orange would goto the illuminated wire

im have the power wire run to the ecu-ig fuse but they stay on even when the key is out of the ignition. what would be a switched 12v wire and the illumination wire is the one in the radio harness right? sorry im not very familiar with tc wiring

I say do the same for the wire in the radio harness for power, and yes the illumination wire is in the radio harness too. You dont have to chop up your factory harness to do it either, you can get one that goes inbetween the factory plugs and your radio. (if you have an aftermarket already in, it would be even easier).
