Does anyone on here have Takata harnesses on their TC?? If so, do you use the long version or the short version, and where did you bolt them in at???
I have a set, and i just want to figure out the best/safest way to install...thanks!

 

you shouldnt run them without at least a harness bar... and even then you shouldnt run them without a roll cage (in a rollover you will be crushed without a cage with no freedom to move)

I have the long ones mounted on the rear middle seat belt bolts for the strap and the clip. I need to get a harness bar though to drive with them on.

 

Who makes a harness bar for a TC???

And did you use the Takata eyebolts that were included?, because they seem to big to screw into where i was gonna mount them...

 

no one makes bars for tC unless you buy a whole cage... yea eye bolts came with my harnesses.

I could take some this weekend... I removed and replaced the bolts holding both parts the middle seat belt and then just clipped the ends of the takata harnesses on the eye bolts...

go out to your car and grab a hold of the bottom half of your seat and bull it towards the front of the car... it will pop right out and you will see how big the bolts are that hold in the seat belt components
