radio trouble please help!!!

just installed an amp kit with the original radio the rem wire hit the groung by mistake it sparked and my radio shut off i checked the fuse under the hood its good now what?

u know if u blew a constant or a accessory wire ? if so.. u might want to check the fuses inside the car and the ones in the engine bay.
