RCA ground issue? please help

I have my Sirius Starmate hooked up to the auxilary cables in my car. As I accelerate, a high pitched whine gradually escalates as the rpms grow. Someone said this is an RCA issue and i need to get a grounding device or something. Can anyone help me out?

noise filter or ground loop isolator... should get rid of most of the problem
