Remote Purge System... How to?

I'm trying to help a fiend with a co2 system. He has a button he presses in the car that purges it and gives off the OH! factor places he goes. It's all for show nothing else. He has a remote that I believe was to turn an underbody kit on and off. It has two buttons, one on and one off. We want to rewire it (the remote) to make one of the button be a momentary button like he has in the car for the purge. I tried what I thought was right and what I thought was wrong and I still can't get it. I got some pics and I know there are better people out here that know how to do this. Below are some pics of the board on the remote. Like I said it's two button one on and one off now and we want to change it to a momentary button so as long as it's pressed it's on and when let off the button it's off. Thanks for any help. Oh we don't need a remote bottle opener, that's all that pops up when we search.
FRONT: Two buttons, top one is off and bottom is the on.

BACK: Top is on and bottom is off.

I'm not big into the circuitry stuff but.... from what I dissected on my LED keychain remote...
You might have to redo the button assemblies to make that happen. (As one option I can think of....)
What i have on my led remote is a thin copper film that conducts and completes the circuitry from pos with neg and lights up the LED as long as I hold the button down. As soon as I let go, it turns off.
Kinda like a spring-back copper film. It's cheap, but works. lol just a thought...
