Finished just a few minutes ago. Forgive the ugly center console as it is just a spare test unit I stick screens into to show how the gradient temp **** looks! This hvac features a reverse lcd screen backlit by blue leds! Looks HOT in person.

Also included is a daytime daylight photo of how bright the letters actually are! I even used the flash on the camera to see if it could wash out the screen! Notta, looks just as bright as ever!

Oh no, I do both... Reverse is just the hot fad right now. Here is an example of a non reversed...

 

So if I were to order led's and have someone up where I live do the installation would I specify that while ordering or order extra leds so they could do it reverse backlit? lol sorry im just clueless with this stuff, just know that it looks cool and want someone who knows what they are doing do the installation, but i have to have the right stuff before i take it in. thanks

 

Hey man, the reverse LCD screen requires new polarized film be installed. That is only done in house. If you want to do color change then I can sell you all the parts you need!

 

I really want some green LEDs. It's going to be a long time before I have the money though. Looking good.
