Default Rockford Fosgate Power T1 vs. Fi ssd

Which one do you think i should go with? I am going 10 inches, trying to save as much room as i can, but with a lot of bass. However for a rockford fosgate to get as much power as a fi ssd, i need to spend over 300 dollars for a sub, versus the 180 for the ssd. What do you think?

I used to own an SSD and if you put it in a good box, you will be very pleased with the results. Not even a question, go with the SSD.

haha thats what i thought. now for the next question... should i go with the 10 or the 12? i have the sq10s now which replaced 2 12inch rockfords, and i was disappointed.. a great amount.. so im debating on going back to 12 cause they can hit lower notes than a 10, but might take more space in my car. So i need some insight on whether its worth going to a 12 or not

10 or a 12 can "hit a low note", its all in the box! If you have the room just go for the 12", port it at 32hz and you will have a smile from cheek to cheek day on end.

Well i am trying to keep as much room as i can with a rediculous amount of bass. All i am saying is i am upgrading from 2 sq10s, and would i be happy with one 10 inch fi ssq? would it hit lower notes and just sound better overall?

well get the 10" put it in a 1.5cuft box tuned to 32hz and you will hit all the lows you will ever need.

I have a ssd 10 in a 1.5 cuft box. It sounds amazing for a ten just make sure you get a very good amp. Its al in the amp and box the 10 or 12 issue really doesnt matter
