ugg that sucks

 

the bottom portion simply sits on top of the raised floor. the seat back however, is mounted to the floor at multiple locations.

it sounds like either the seat isn't mounted correctly, or the seat back got pushed back. are you sure something is broken?

 

why don't you just post up the picture properly so people wouldn't have to click?

how would the seat slide forward and backward if it just sat on the floor?

for some reason i was thinking it was the rear seats... yeah your right, if these are the front seats, then yeah its messed up.

 

it is my seat (drivers seat) and yes it is under warranty i just got 2 months ago....it works just fine by the way other then then what u see....

a broken seat in the first two months implies a defect and shouldn't constitute wear and tear.

 

My seat is already ordered and on the way!!!!!!!!!

 

Mine has done the same thing. I have 8k miles on my tc and really dont have money to replace the seat

God people are saying some weird sh*t!

 

My 2000 Protege was rear ended (twice), and the seat broke (twice). The seat back on one side snapped, so I had the gangsta lean. Both times the impact was enough to smash the whole trunk in, including the floor.

Normal wear and tear will not break a seat. They are designed to survive minor accidents, and hold large people without breaking.

 

gotta love the gangsta lean!
