One of the things that bugs me is that my passenger seat springs forward when you pull the adjustment lever (under or at the edge), but the driver's doesn't spring forward or stay forward. I've checked the springs and it's there and working, though the passenger's side looks beefier. Is it built that way intentionally, or did I get two different springs?

I can't remember if the driver's side would spring forward when the car was new. Can anyone confirm?
