Seatbelts
I've noticed something peculier in my tC the other day. I heard a knocking/tapping noise while driving and figured it was just another one of the usual sounds that a tC makes. But it got so annoying that I just HAD to find out what it was.
Eventually I figured out that it was the passenger side seatbelt clip knocking into the plastic release lever. The one to let someone into the back seat.
I thought it was kinda funny Toyota would miss something like that as far as design. But then I noticed that the driver side seatbelt clip, when retracted, is alot higher and out of the way of the lever.
The little plastic button punched through the blet strap to prevent the clip from sliding to the floor seems to be 5 inches lower on the passenger side. And that belt is retracted as far as it can go.
Anyone else have this?
