Default somethings wrong

I took my subs and amp out of my car cause my dad needed to borrow it and needed to use the trunk. I went to re install everything ( just screw the connections back in) and I cant get the subs to work. The amp is getting power the weird thing is the windshield wipers go on. did the whole electrical system fry or what. everything else in the the car functions properly and i took it for a drive to make sure everything worked. any ideas what went wrong. and i no for a fact i connected everything the right way. i checked like 5 times.

wth? When do the wipers come on, do you mean when you power on the HU, the wipers start too?

sounds like a bad ground, check all the wiring around the battery, especially the ones that go to the starter, alternator, and main fuse box. Windshield wipers often mean a bad main ground some where. It may have a good enough ground to give power to your amp, but it does not have enough power to push anything.
