Never heard of the problem... Everything stock interior wise? No headunit?

Just take it to the dealer...

could be they forgot to plug the plug in... open up center console and take apart and see if there are 3 plugs put into the back of the radio.

it's pretty much a separate plug/harness that has it.

yea sounds like they forgot to plug it in.

if you dont want to do it youself you can take it back and tell them.

They probably just forgot to plug it in - if it was their mistake and if you just got it, I'd take it back to them. Don't start taking apart your interior if you don't have to. Make someone else do the work. If you can live with it for a while, you could just do it first oil change or when some other little issue comes up - two issues for one drive, you know?

Don't do it yourself. If you fuggup the plastic or something, YOU pay for it.
Let them fix it - maybe they'll give you a hat or something...

PS - I've learned over the years to test EVERYTHING before I drive off of the lot.
