I can't find the 2 screws near the passenger airbag.... anybody know where or how to access them?

 

take out the glove bx, gotta look under ad its the only two screws, from what I remember, that look like they're holding the airbag module. this then releases the dash and will allow you to pop off that section. theres a sample pic somewhere on here that shows all the screws holding the dash.

 

Yea... I took out the glove box. The 2 screws I saw, I didn't think those were the ones, but I guess they are. So the whole airbag module will come out with the dash?

 

I have... fair warning, its tough getting around the bumps above the steering wheel..

 

I expect it to be a bit difficult around the gauges.... but I think I've done pretty well with the rest of my interior, so I'm sure I can get it.

 

I love the exterior of that orange one but boy is that interior not what i was expecting!

lol, its changed since those pictures... No more hanging lights and the carbon pillars have now replaced the existing ones.

Why does everyone ask me the color of my car? Kandy orange.. its custom for a reason If I told everyone thats asked, Im sure I'd see way more cars rocking it, I chose it to be different, not to have everyone knock it.

 

Actually if you would read your PM's than you would know that I wanted to know what color it was so that I don't do it. I was looking at doing mine silver with ppg orange glow over it until I saw yours and didn't want it to be the same. And by people asking you what color it is you should be flattered that people are interested in something you built. Since you're on the easy coast I guess I'll just go ahead and do it anyway.

 

everyone says that "so I don't use the same color, yet 3 years ago everyone that said that, now drives it. So I ignore all pms about the color, regardless the excuse to get it. Sorry, I mean I am flattered, but not enough to give the code away.

You say you want to be different, yet because your on a different coast your going to do it anyways... thats a little contrdictory right? Research your options, if you drive your car, I wouldn't suggest Kandy. You will NEVER match Kandy.

 

Well since the tC has been out for a while and there are already quite a few custom colored, it's hard to find a color that looks good but isn't already taken. So since I like the orange and you wanna be an ___ about it I'll do it. I'm very well aware about candies and not too worried about it. I already told you what color i'm doing it so if it's not the same as yours than don't worry about it.

Why are you being such an a$$? If you would've replied to the PM than it wouldn't have even been here. If you would've said that it was custom than hey no biggie. But the fact that you're acting like the phuckin CIA with this secret better than everybody attitude than yeah i'm just going to do it. I gave you props and said it was a nice color but I didn't want to step on your toes. But I probably won't be doing that since your head is so far on the clouds. Whatever. In another 5 years there will be a bunch of orange tC's cruising around just like there are a bunch of orange Hondas or any other car for that matter. So my bad for even asking you what color it is. I won't bother you anymore with any questions your royal pain in the A$$!

 

I don't know what is worse, the fabric wrap or the paint job on the door.
