Default Sunroof broken. HELP

today i finished putting in my motor for my 92 eagle talon (awd tsi) and i went to see if the
battery still had any juice in it and it didn't, so thinking fast cause i wanted to start it (i had the entire engine rebuilt) i grabbed my battery out of my tc, put it in there and started it, once i put it back in my car the passenger side window would not roll up and the sun roof would not open, after unplugging the battery and hooking it back up the window would now roll up, but the sunroof remains close shut and no able to open. please any help would be great i really would love not to have to go to the scion dealership they always always make me pay out the A$$ for dumb stuff like this when they should fix it for free!

its in your owners manual, you have to reset the windows and sunroof anytime you completely disconnect power.
