Default Superflux LED help

alright, so I was given a few superflux LEDs (i believe they were bought from garage1217) to experiment with, I have found out they require a 150ohm 2-watt resistor, however, i cant find out how to wire the 4 pins, which are pos, which are neg, which do i solder the resistor to, etc. I know theres the flat edge on it (as with all led's) however, i have come across thoes where the flat is neg, and others where the flat is pos. Assuming its a neg, do the other 3 all get connected to the resistor?...

I would normally just experiment with a breadboard, but i only have 2 and i need both of em, so i can risk blowing one to figure it out... Any help would be great, THANKS
