THANK THE GODS FOR THE XB SSP BYPASS!!
I don't know... personally I don't like the xB setting. Sounds too... I don't know the word, but it just sounds like everything is too unbalanced. Sort of like a bass-heavy, low quality sound system.
I guess that works for certain music types, but I'm not a big fan. Heck, I even have problems dealing with SRT! I usually have to turn it off

My stock HU sounded better than my current Kenwood DPX701. But that's probably because I don't know how to adjust ALL the settings.
Some new speakers and a sub will definitely change that though. I hate minimum wage.
i had mine at xb feel with my bass at -3 (i had a sub) and treble at +5 with srt on. it sounded great... then again i was pushing 400w into a 200w sub at the time tooo.. ahahha
if you think that sounds good and cool.. wait till you go after market :D

Pioneer's own Sound ReTouching. basically since when you rip a cd to mp3 it loses some of its CD quality sound fidelity. with SRT, it brings up the EQ to make it sound like "the way it should"... it just brings up the EQ in the nutshell..lol
