Hey has anyone ever seen a LED mod switch on video before? Like for a gauge switch or something of that nature...please post link if you do have.

Yea, I remeber seeing a link to a video of soldering, but I don't remember where (Maybe on xbox-scene, or some other forum).

There are lots of illustrated tutorials that are very helpful. You can also practice (which I recommend). Just get a kit from radio shack, and start there.

A few tips though: You don't want whats called "cold solder". You want the solder to melt and "soak" through, but don't hold the iron for more than 3 seconds, or you can damage the board/part.

 

I plan on making a video when I do my gauge install. It may not be pretty but it'll get 'r done.
