Default What am i doing wrong? (making a background)

i know how to burn the disk and everything for D3 backgrounds, but i cant get custom ones to work... i got some from AVIC411 and edited one of them, saved it as a .jpeg and put it in the folder with the rest of them. burn the cd, put it in, the d3 sees the file name but says it cant use it. if i use the original (on the same disk) it works fine... i didnt change image size or anything, just added some pics to it via photoshop....
