Under the spare tire is pretty much the only place.

You could get one to sit in the spare tire itself. The other one could be hid behind one of the rear panels.

I have mine under carpet next to the spare tire ... It kicks "off" a lot because it gets too hot... Not the best spot for it....

run a 12v fan down there for them. Put the NINe.2 on the spare and the NINe.2x next to the spare on the pass side. You'll probally have to use about 2 MDF cutouts for the one next to the spare so it will be level with the rest of the mat?

i say one in your spare tire and one in your cubby hole. just put a fan and get some ventilation and you should be ok.

I have 2 big amps and 2.4 cap mounted behind the rear seats. No problems at all very easy to get to and you cant see them because of the hatch cover. That way you dont have to give up your spare.

I mounted mine on back seats, between back of seat and the fold down flap. If you watch your mount height, when you fold the seats down, the flap. You need to watch for rub points though amd put some felt or something soft. On mine in worked out well because all teh wires go in on the bottom of the amp so the flap covers all that when the seats are folded down.

You could raise the hatch floor so that it's flush with the rear opening (same height, not a couple inches lower as it is stock. Using fairly thin wood, you might be able to get both of them centered on top of the spare w/o taking up any additional space.
