Who makes quality shift *****? I'm looking for one with carbon fiber and possibly leather...

My OBX **** has some chrome peeling along the edge of the top. It is not a big thing--but a little disappointing

 

I still have my old one and it's about a year and a half old and it still looks good. I just removed it when i got my SS.
I didn't think MOMO made ***** that fit our threading pattern on the tC. Do they now?

 

I like my Razo shiftknob. My friend has the OBX **** and the chrome is peeling off on his as well. Disappointing indeed...

 

Hands down the best leather shift **** would be the TRD one if you go that route.

 

I'm using the TWM bombshell weighted shift **** and I'm liking it a lot...paired with the stage 2 short shifter makes it even better.

Which type did you decide upon?

I got my TRD leather shift **** for $61 shipped(cheapest anywhere)

 

ditto here. i put some vinyl over it but that will evenually wear off.

the chrome on the bottom manual transmission adapter ring is also peeling.

 

i love mine, it's Sparco and i got it for $50

 

Those both look nice. I don't know what type of **** I want...do I want the ball or the traditional type? I suppose I should try a few out and decide...

 

What exactly do you guys look in a shift ****? Isn't the factory **** durable?

weight for counterweight was a factor for me.... i picked a 1.3 lb **** that i thought would both look and feel good.

got the twm bombshell.

 

Your best bet is to find something that is weighted. There are several good companies out there that make quality parts. your crossroads will be sporty look and feel such as the TRD **** which looks great and has great grip or a wheighted **** this comes in handy due to the quicker shift and follow into the pocket. its my 2 cents but maybe a start in the right direction

 

Anyone know if the Momo Combat Evo ***** are weighted?

If not, who sells weighted *****?
