Default Why you dont want to buy NRG products

So recently I bought racing seats, harnesses, and brackets. Everything that i received was either damaged or did not fit. First, the brackets that i ordered were SUPPOSED to fit my specific car and year. They did not fit, I had to make custom brackets for my car. When I tried to return the brackets, it was a hassle. NRG's customer service was very frustrating, i had to hassle them in order for them to take back the parts that were wrong. i had to call over and over, and i also had to hassle them so i could get my money back.
Second, The harnesses that they sent me, the cams were scratched, brand new out of the box.
lastly, one of the seats i bought had cracks in the finish right out of the box, it also had chips in the finish. I have been struggling with NRG's customer service in order for them to fix this.
Im not in manufacturing, but I do know that you should stand by your product, and fix the wrongs.
Im not saying that all of NRG's stuff is bad, It could just be me that got unlucky. But I do want to say that NRG's customer service was terrible, it was annoying and i really was frustrated with them.
So just be aware of this, Next time I will spend the extra money to buy sparco

I would stay away from NRG seats. We sell Sparco, Recaro and Corbeau.

Corbeau is around the same price as NRG and had much higher quality control.

Sorry to hear about your experience.
