Default Will this HU fit in tC

Long time reader, first time poster...

anyway what i was interested in knowing is if this pioneer head unit will fit in the tC dash where the stock HU is now...but i still want to know if can close that little piece since i think that 'makes' the interior as sleek as it is

here is the head unit i am interested in getting...

Pioneeer DEH-P6800MP - http://www.crutchfield.com/S-RNKiOQz...0&I=130DEHP680

also for those who know....

how does this system sound, that pioneer HU, pioneer interior speakers, and 1 13" JL woofer in a ported box (or should i opt for the 10" since the tc has a fairly small trunk)

thanks in advance!

I have the deck one down from that one and there is NO fitment issues and you shouldn't have to move it back to get it to clear the door at all.... All good to go... the only decks that really have issues are the single din fold out screen decks or some of the double-din touch screens.
