Did you recently disconnect your battery for anything? Sounds like you just need to do a window reset.

Default Buttons of Fuses

If you have disconnected your battery recently your electric motors will act weird so u will idle lower and ur windows and sunroof will not work as normal, all u have to do is hold the button for the windows in the UP position for about 5 secs and then they should b good to go, the sunroof u need to hold the button in the Close direction for 5 secs as well , and the idleing will fix it self after a couple days. other than that u can always do a check on all your fuses. (especially the ones above your pedals) .
hope that helps!
