Default Window Switch Problem

Today I installed a CAI and when I was done I had kinda a big prolbem. First off all when I reconnected the battery the ac was on but that was something minor I just had to click it off. The big problem was my window switch quit working. I can push and hold down the driverside but if I wanna put down the passanger I have to reach over and push it down and hold it down. Same thing with the driverside the automatic window dont work and I cant put down the passanger window from the driverside. Any ideas whats wrong? I have checked out fuses.

ibtl:

for each side, roll your windows down 1/2 way, and roll them up- continue to hold the switch in the up position for 3-5 seconds.

Repeat other side.

Widows reset.
