i know this has probably been asked a ton of times before, but how would i wire the factory sub to an aftermarket headunit?

I think a wiring harness would just take care of it. The factory sub is tapped into the front speakers I believe. At least if you're talking about the 08+ factory sub.

no additional wiring needed...

just wire in the aftermarket headunit..

more info.. my car is an '07 with the sub from an RS2 tC (the one under the trunk)...attached to the HU with the bazooka wiring harness... i wouldnt neeed anything else?

you'll need the wiring harness for the aftermarket headunit... which you're going to need regardless of you having the sub or not.
