Default $5 to 10,000 to spend..

I have about 5 to 10,000 to spend on my car..

I have a Draxas catback and an Injen intake.
I already need a new hatch because i tore the wing off my old one. I am ordering a new carbonfiber hatch and N1 style carbon hood.
What else should I get...
AND NO I don't want to turbo it right now so leave that alone...

5,000 - 10,000 is a big difference. You're doubling the price of what you can initially spend...haha.

Do you have a more specific price?

What do you do for a living, just out of curiosity? Is getting a $60k check a common thing, and if so, why are you driving a tC?

Don't buy anything for your tC. Invest all of it into stocks/IRA/mutual funds.

thats a pretty good chunk of change. I would take $20k of that and get an 08 tC, drop about $5k for mods, pay off any bills and save the rest for an upcomming house (if you dont already have one). If you do have a house, take a small vacation or something? You say no turbo so $10k will be ALOT of cosmetic mods and i mean ALOT! Thats what i always tell myself if i got a good amount. I would always like to start over again!

Perfect answer I mean how old are you? if your still in college or about to go I wouldn't be smart to go wasting that much money. Heck when I got my settlement for my accident I have about 22K I paid off the car took 1200 and put the rest into an account where they will give me lump sums when I'm 25, 30, and 35 and getting good intrest.

I'm not trying to be an **** I'm just saying there're are smarting things to do with that much money then spend in on a car.

Yea invest it in something that you will get returns from. Putting money into a car is more or less the same as burning it. If you have $10k I say invest half and use $5k on the car. Maybe some uber light weight wheels with excellent tires. I see you are going to a CF hood you might want to get some nice locking pins for that beast. These guys www.aerocatch.com seem to get good reviews. Yea they might be more expensive than the PepBoys crap but they look good and function well too! Also I see you want the Ingalls stiffy, might I suggest just getting more solid motor mounts made. Crap you got the money to invest so why not do it the right way?

i am investing 40,000 of it off the top into various funds. I am just in college but I am on full scholarship so I don't need money for that.. I was just saying that I want to keep my tc. there are too many g35 and 350z and subies and evos around here.

My great grandmother was kind enough to set aside money for me and my brothers before she died. She set aside amounts for us in stocks and cds. the stock went up 13 points and my family decided to cash one in. it fell 2 days after we withdrew the money to the point of crashing so we were lucky. I also have a cd set up for me so when I turn 35 I will be receiving somewhere between 1 and 3 million depending on the interest.
