The new steering wheel also looks cool.

if you wanted the new head unit, i'm sure you could retrofit it with 2005 as long as you know what wires do what, but again, scion will never officially support any kind of "retrofitting".
well 06 tc would have bee useless for me then. I changed my head unit, i have a remote and the azure pearl still exist. Oh and i dont have a ipod. Apparently they read these forums by putting alot of people request for these gadgets. I just hope they fixed the paint before they did anything else.
the IIP does look nice...but we haven't seen the Nautical Blue in person yet. Scion.com and toyota websites in general tend to replicate their colors very badly on their websites..
and since i have an iPod ... :D :D

it's really hard to tell the difference between the new blue/silver from the old b/ue/silver by these animated pics. IMO i think you have to see it in person or to see actual pics of the new colors before you make a judgement.

Why don't you stick to your conventional 74min CD then, cause I'm sure with your outlook on it, you don't have any MP3 CDs with "hours worth" of music.

hey, does anyone know if they will be selling the iPod-ready head unit at the dealers? It's freakin sweet and it's really a pain in the ___ driving around and trying to mess with my iPod dials at the same time.. plus I need radio *****

Hey Smash
We WILL be selling the HU through the dealerships, but I don't think that you'll want to pay for it. Typically, it will cost around $600 (or more) to purchase the stock HU. Unless you can find a Scion parts person sympathetic to your cause, you'll be spending more than $500 (cost) on a Scion HU. If you can give up the *****, go with Peripheral Electronic's iPod2Car setup. For under $200, you can control your iPod with the stock Scion HU,m and charge it, too.
We are going to offer the Peripheral piece through my dealership soon to all of my previous customers so we don't have a riot.
