Question '06 Scion tC turn signal wiring

Hello everyone I am new to this forum. I recently got my brothers old Scion tC and it was in a accident again after being a rebuilt title to begin with, the damage was in the front. I assumed that whomever he had fix the car back up did a half a** job and messed up all the wiring for the turn signals and now I have no turn signals in the front and the side and rear signal hyper-flashes. :? I was wondering what could I do about this do I need a whole new wiring set or what. I'll upload some pictures as soon as I get home to show you guys what I mean. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also I don't know if I posted this in the right forum or not.

I would start with a fresh set of filament blubs. Then go troubleshooting. Check the grounds in the front fender.
