Default 06' tC ... i think something is wrong with my gas tank?

I think something might be wrong with my Gas tank. I filled it up this morning to the line ( 1/1) and i drove 14.7 miles to work and it went that low ( as seen in the picture) .i got 9.946 gallons of gas when i filled up.... i really dont know what to do or what it might be... i dont think it leaking...

I had this problem on a rental tC I had (I think it was a 2007 MY) but it did the same thing-- its most likely a malfunction with the fuel gauge itself

^^ Oops just realized in a fit of joy I hit the post reply button twice up there!

That kind of repair would be a 3/36k warranty item, unless you did something to damage it, which I doubt
