Default 1 click then car dies

Hello I recently reconnected my battery after a month of having it off. I hate to admit but I connected it backwards. I replaced the 120 A fuse and reconnected one of the positive wires as it seemed it was not connected. Now all lights switches and buttons work but when I go to turn on the car I hear one single click and everything shuts off. If i move the ground terminal slightly everything turns back on. When I have a battery pack connected I hear multiple clicks Almost a “brrr” 2008 scion TC

You might have to replace the fusible link.
