I think the 2006's are starting to show up, but IIRC it depends on the dealer's old stock of 2005's on how many they are alloted.

Just to give you an idea of wait time, I ordered a 2005 in November of last year and had to wait a month. I wanted one color (Azure Pearl) with the SAB package. So if you are set on one color for a 2006, you might be waiting just a bit.

I got bunches on the lot right now and TONS more on the way... of course I am in Sacramento, California... and this information does in no way answer your question. Your Chi Town dealers should be able to answer that question for you.

It seems like if dealers aren't on here, they are just like a new employee when you ask them about an 06 model......... To much ego trying to disguise their natural deer in head like response by tell you, oh in september, should be. I'll fly just about anywhere for a 06, I just have to know the date it will be at which dealership so my credit union can send the check. Preferrably a state with less than michigan 6% sales tax or on this continent so I can drive the car back...... "I'm a driver, I'm a winner, things are gonna happen for me, I know it........SOOOOOOO"

I just got a call from my dealer in Fort Wayne, Indiana (a mere 250 miles from Chicago) saying that my 2006 should be here by the end of the month, so I'd expect about the same timeframe in your area.

Actually, he called me back today and said that the hauler carrying my car rolled in this afternoon! Nautical Blue 06 5-speed
Unfortunately, the car shipped stock (obviously), so I'm going to have to wait a couple of days for my upgrades to be installed... I'm definitely getting the body kit, & ipod stereo upgrade, and I'm still trying to decide on the foglights (I think it looks better without them, but I drive 40 miles to work, and it gets pretty damn foggy in these parts).

For what it's worth, Fort Wayne is up in the NE corner of Indiana, and I can be at the IN/MI border in just under an hour (on I-69). Hope that helps...
