i have an 07 and mine has the same noise.. i had on 05 which did not make this noise from wha i can see playin wit the 07-08's the seal right in front of the wind deflector on the sunroof is loose on most 07-8s where as on the 05 it was tight .. i havent took mine to the dealer yet but i do mechanics and ive tried everything to tighten it up but no luckk. im going to go to the dealer on wednesday so well see wha happens

 

I have an 08 i dont have any wind noise.

Update:

I went to the another dealership today, left the car there, and they said they fixed my problem. They said they readjusted something to get rid of the noise. I thought to myself, "This is too good to be true," and it is. I drove it back home and it still makes the same noise!!

Scion headquarters called me and they said they will have a Scion representative come look at my car.
