Default AIR RIDE

does putting an air ride on your car lose the dealers warranty. Cuz i wanna a air ride on my TC so bad. i know if they mess something up in any way shape or form the probability of me losing it will be more likely. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP A BROTHA OUT ?

~ Dear Sir, If you put air ride on your car and it does mess something up its all on you. Now if you put air ride on your car and your door falls off then the door is covered. As long as the part you put on didn't effect it in anyway then your good. And no im not your mother and I shouldnt have to act like one please watch what you say. Thank You , Kaeon

I'm not trying to be your mother dude! I'm just saying, you need to chill on the vulgarity! You may have some info that will be useful to people and if you get kicked off then people won't be able to use it. I'm just trying to help you out!

Its when you ride your car not on gas but on air...

It has the same effect as Hydro's, You can change the cars ride height from inside the car. By the use of Rubber " Bags " That fill up with air to raise or let air out to lower.

Air suspension is what I think he's referring too...

OK, if you're thinking about air bags, forget it...Go with air struts...Much better, and safer...

for those who dont know, Air struts are like a quieter, smoother hydrolic with no jump...

i dunno man.... i have a truck fully custom ... baggs, shaved, huge wheels i mean the works and the reason i bought the Tc was to get away from all of that.... not so much getting away from a custom truck.. but the air ride is a huge pain.... first of all it rides like a busted mattress , second its costly, third when it breaks it leaves you stranded and you have to fork out more $$ to get it fixed... anyway what i have to say isnt going to change your mind but if you intend a car to have air suspension to be a daily driver.. your gonna hate it... no matter how many looks you get it, it surely does not pay off as far as being comfortable.... then again this is a truck im talking about..... struts, baggs, hydros ... your still gonna have problems... not only that but its a good reason for cops to take it from you...
