Well don't do anything to make him target your car, and messing up other people's property isnt cool too.

I'd definately get back at him for jacking your antenna, but at the same time, you don't want him doing anything back to you.

Just take your antenna back, then wait for a rainy day and drop a thin line of lotion/vaseline along his wipers, where he can't see it until he turns them on.

I'd take the stock antenna and thread lock it on his car, lol. Or if you can find a more permanent solution so he can't take it off...

depends on how you want to do it. Remove the mount and weld a piece to cover the hole, fill, sand, primer, and paint. Then you'd have to find another way to receive AM/FM signals (unless you never use them anyways).

Or you could remove the mount and place a satellite radio antenna over the hole... hmmm
