Default amp installation now car wont start

I was installing a couple of subs and an amp into my tc. when i ran the remote wire i installed through the acc. fuse. we accidently knocked the remote wire out of the amp and the car shut off then came back on and everything worked except for the radio and the car wouldnt start. we know that none of the main fuses are blown we checked them. could it be because we didnt start the car up right away after reconnected the battery power line? if so how can i fix it?

this is is funny. It's another one of those cases "Honey I fuked up the car while trying to hook the new System, and no I did not read the manual!"

security needs to be reset probobly, i think? take battery terminal off for an hour then try it again, and make sure NO fuses are blown
