Default Any solid dates on cars with SAB?

Looking at data like this:
http://www.courier-journal.com/busin...sh20-4774.html

and since I live in Texas where everyone has a truck or suburban, I have to have SABs.

Does anyone know a solid date for getting a car in with them?

If I was to order today, any idea how long?

Thanks

In my area, Virigina, there was some type of confusion on the initial shipment of tC NOT having SAB. I was told they would not be available until 2nd and 3rd wave of tC allotments which would be roughly mid/late July at earliest.

Well, come to find out , SAB are available NOW on some tCs. So you might not have to wait that long. Call some of your Scion dealers to inquire. If you do have to wait, it will probably be 6-8 weeks.

I test drove the demo car at my local dealer here in Illinois on 6/19 which was a silver auto with SAB's. It was listed on the sticker and I saw the little tags on the side of the front seats that said side air bag. I was kind of surpised to see one so soon with SAB's but they're out right now!

Great thanks guys!

Our dealers here for the most part are really uninformed.

Think it was more of Scion corporate on this issue versus the individual dealers. Even our regional sales manager was misinformed.
