Default anyone else get free floor mats???

the day i bought my tC i ordered floor mats...and was told they would cost $145. That's fine, no biggie. So they finally get them in stock, i go there today and tell them i'm here to pick up my mats. the parts guy comes back with them and i take out my wallet and he says "don't worry about it"....so i left. Also, according to the purchase order in the bag with the mats..the price is $96 plus tax...not $145

dealer costs are the same whether or not they charge you or not...therefore they can charge you nothing or discount you if they so please...thats why they can work out deals with you when trying to make a sale and just eat small costs on little things such as floor mats and wheel locks as long as they are selling the car itself and makin a fat profit :o off of it...

Yes, I got free floor mats on my xB.

When I ordered it in May, I made sure the dealer understood that I wanted bare stock with no options except auto tranny. When the car was delivered the window sticker said floormats: $120.

I reminded my sales guy that I did not order the mats and did not want to pay for them. He honored our deal and gave them to me at no cost.

In Albuquerque, NM, buy from Josh at Karl Malone Scion. He's the best. Tell him RPMxB sent you! :D RPM

Did you get the cargo mat to? I think the $145 set is the 5 piece one, the cargo mat is really nice to.

I think he used to. If I'm not mistaken Elway has one up in Denver too. I suppose the millions just don't mean anything w/o a dealership or two under your belt

Yes, I got the 5 piece set, including the cargo mat (really nice) for my xB for free!

A $120 value.

Evidently the tC set costs $145.

They wouldn't let me purchase the vehicle without the additional cost of the floor mats (at a discounted rate). They kinda forced it on me, either car with floor mats or no car at all. I'm not complaining.
