Bad lip spoiler install or what?

Just use compressed air to blow the water out from under the spoiler.

Bad part about that idea is..........Everyone dosen't have access to compressed air. I do, but not everyone

That is normal, and it probably drips out of your mirrors too. If you do not have compressed air (I do not) just dry the car, drive it up to 35-40mph for 30 seconds or so, stop, and dry the spots off. I dry my car, do a lap around the block, and dry again- Problem solved!

Oh, and don't do 40 in a 25!

Even one of those cans of compressed air for computer use would work.
