I might be going down to Virginia Beach in a month or so. I found a set of Gramlights 57c down there that I was going to pick up, but the dumb ____ decided to keep them.

'Would have' implies that I didn't get the wheels.

Found another set for cheaper, with newer tires, only 45 mins away.
The only thing that I'm kicking myself for, is NOT buying the 57c's that Tirerack had a few months back. They had 2 left in stock and were selling them for like $59 because the wheel was discontinued and they couldn't complete the set. I could have had 2 spare wheels

I'm not losing the stock ground clearance for multiple reasons, one being snow and I'm not going with a stiffer spring because I don't want a firmer ride. I'm not about to try to turn this car into a rattlebox, aka another tC. I'll change the suspension when the bumper to bumper warranty ends, which is 4/60,000 years from now.
But I'm not saying that it wouldn't look better dropped. But for what I would need to sacrifice to drop it, definitely not worth it. Plus the shocks on this car are absolute crap, they're guaranteed to blow with new springs.

Jon, awesome. I agree that it would look better lowered, but your reasons for not are legit.
Should change thread to bryan&Jon's pic thread. Or "I wish I had an STi but this will do"
