Do you guys know what or how would be the best way to go getting another motor?

Later on when things settle and i plan on dropping $$$$ into the tC again.

I plan on getting another TC engine to build work on over time.

Where exactly should I buy a back up motor to work on?

Since Im really only building the short block and maybe the hole thing. Would I be better off trying to find just the block?

Do I really need to buy a hole 2006 Engine + Tranny?

Sorry this seems confusing but trying to go the best route as to get ahold of another engine...

No, you should find a 2007-up engine, it has a better oiling system.

 

yea.. just oil sprayers and a bunch of other things... but you're gonna need the ecu that goes along with it.

doubt a '06 ecu will work with the '07 engine

 

When autozone starts carrying them which should be next year, you can get engines and trannys with warranties for a really good deal.
